These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and m11to governing your access to and use of the m11to platform, including all betting, gaming, account, and payment services. Please read them carefully before registering or using any part of this site.

You must be at least 21 years of age and reside in Indonesia to open and maintain an m11to account. Accounts found to be operated by persons under 21 will be suspended immediately and any balance refunded to the deposit source.
Each member may hold exactly one m11to account. All balances are held and transacted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Operating multiple accounts, or any attempt to circumvent this rule, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
All promotional bonuses awarded by m11to carry a turnover (rollover) requirement that must be satisfied before any related winnings may be withdrawn. Turnover rates, qualifying games, and expiry periods are disclosed at the point of offer acceptance and detailed in Clause 7 below.
m11to conducts identity verification (Know Your Customer, KYC) before processing any withdrawal. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of your registered Indonesian bank account or e-wallet. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.
m11to provides in-account deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available to every member at any time from the account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
Gambling is a form of entertainment that carries inherent financial risk. m11to does not guarantee winnings. You should only gamble with funds you can afford to lose entirely. m11to accepts no liability for financial losses incurred as a result of betting or gaming activity on the platform, beyond obligations set out in applicable law.

Access to and use of the m11to Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:
Age Verification: m11to takes the 21+ age requirement seriously. We reserve the right to request proof of age documentation at any stage. Accounts where the Member's age cannot be verified to our satisfaction will be suspended, and any funds deposited during the unverified period will be returned to the original deposit source.
m11to reserves the right to decline registration or close existing Accounts where eligibility requirements are not met or can no longer be confirmed, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
To access the full functionality of the m11to Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will promptly update it in the event of any change.
Each individual may register and maintain exactly one Account on the m11to Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. m11to employs technical measures to detect duplicate account activity. Where duplicate accounts are identified, m11to reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. m11to will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
The name, date of birth, and bank account or e-wallet details registered to your m11to Account must match the identity documents and financial accounts you use for deposits and withdrawals. Discrepancies identified during KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension pending resolution.
m11to implements 256-bit TLS/SSL encryption across all data exchanges between your device and the Platform. You are responsible for the security of your own device and network environment. We strongly recommend the following security practices:
m11to will never contact you by email, SMS, or live chat to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from m11to that requests your password or full payment details should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team at [email protected].
m11to accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). m11to does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any currency conversion is the Member's sole responsibility and cost.
Deposits via local bank transfer and Indonesian e-wallets are typically credited to your m11to Account within two minutes of confirmed receipt by our payment processor. m11to is not responsible for delays attributable to your bank or e-wallet provider's processing infrastructure.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of deposit initiation within your Account. These limits may vary by payment method and may be subject to change without prior notice. m11to reserves the right to request documentation for deposits that appear inconsistent with a Member's stated identity or typical transaction patterns.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — regardless of your relationship with the account holder — are not permitted and may result in Account suspension pending investigation. m11to will return such deposits to the originating account where technically possible.
m11to does not accept cash deposits, postal orders, or any other physical payment instrument. All transactions must be conducted electronically via the payment methods listed in Clause 5.1.
Before m11to will process any withdrawal request, you must complete KYC identity verification. Required documents include a valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Indonesian KTP or passport) and confirmation of the bank account or e-wallet registered for withdrawal. m11to may request additional documentation — such as proof of address or source of funds — where required by our compliance framework. KYC documentation is reviewed by our compliance team; verification typically completes within 24 hours of document submission during business hours WIB.
Approved withdrawal requests to Indonesian bank accounts and e-wallets are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. m11to targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 WIB. Requests submitted after that time will be processed the following day. m11to is not liable for delays caused by your bank's or e-wallet provider's own processing infrastructure.
For anti-money-laundering compliance purposes, withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. Where a Member has deposited using multiple methods, withdrawals will be processed proportionally. Any remaining balance above the total deposited amount may be withdrawn to the Member's registered Indonesian bank account.
The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed within your Account at the point of withdrawal request. Requests below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to your Account Balance.
m11to reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete or documents provided are insufficient; (b) the Account is under investigation for suspected Prohibited Conduct; (c) the withdrawal relates to Bonus Funds where the applicable Turnover Requirement has not been satisfied; or (d) a responsible gaming limit set by the Member creates a temporary restriction on withdrawals pending the expiry of a cooling-off period.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, reload offers, and other promotional incentives offered by m11to are subject to these general terms and any specific terms communicated at the point of offer. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer only.
Bonus Funds must be turned over at the stated multiplier rate before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The turnover multiplier, qualifying game categories, minimum odds (for sportsbook offers), and offer expiry date will be stated clearly at the time of bonus acceptance. Bets placed on games or markets explicitly excluded from a promotion do not count toward satisfying the Turnover Requirement for that promotion.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, only one bonus offer may be active on a Member's Account at any given time. Accepting a new promotional offer while a prior bonus remains active may result in the prior bonus being forfeited. Members are encouraged to review their active bonus status before accepting new offers.
m11to reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them, and to close the associated Account, where it determines — at its reasonable discretion — that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer; placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee a risk-free turnover; systematic exploitation of bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play; or any form of coordinated play designed to extract bonus value without exposure to genuine gaming risk.
m11to runs promotional campaigns aligned with the Indonesian calendar, including Idul Fitri, Imlek, Nyepi, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), as well as major sporting events including BRI Liga 1, Champions League, FIFA World Cup qualifiers, and AFF Cup. Promotional terms for seasonal campaigns will be published on the Platform in advance and apply only during the stated promotional window.
All sports bets placed on the m11to sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type, as published in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform. In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a sports market, m11to's decision — reached in good faith with reference to the relevant sport's official governing body results — shall be final and binding.
Live casino games are provided by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live and are subject to those studios' published game rules. In the event of a technical failure mid-game that prevents the round from completing, the bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Member's Balance. Game outcomes confirmed before any technical disruption stand as settled.
Slot games operate on independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published in the game lobby for each title. RTP figures represent long-run statistical averages and are not a guarantee of returns on any individual session or bet.
Togel draw results are determined by the official draw outcomes of the referenced lottery markets (e.g., Togel Singapore). m11to publishes draw schedules and result verification sources within the togel section of the Platform. Disputes regarding draw outcomes will be resolved by reference to the official published results of the relevant draw authority.
m11to reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) it was placed after the event outcome was already determined; (b) the odds or pricing displayed were subject to a manifest technical error; (c) there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing or corruption related to the event; or (d) the bet was placed in breach of these Terms or applicable game rules. Voided bet stakes are returned to the Member's Balance.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the m11to Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the m11to Platform — including but not limited to the m11to brand name, logo, visual design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of m11to or is used under licence from its respective owners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the m11to Platform without our prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of m11to's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal liability.
m11to collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
m11to will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary for Platform operation (including payment processors, KYC verification providers, and game studio partners) and only to the extent required for those operational purposes.
You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, and to request correction of inaccurate data, by contacting us at the address set out in Clause 17. Identity verification will be required before any data access request is fulfilled.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, m11to and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable to you for:
Nothing in these Terms limits m11to's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indonesian law.
Where m11to is found liable to you for any cause, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
m11to reserves the right to suspend your Account — temporarily restricting access and transaction processing — at any time and without prior notice where: (a) we have reasonable grounds to suspect Prohibited Conduct; (b) your Account is subject to a fraud, money laundering, or responsible gaming investigation; (c) you have failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request; or (d) we are required to do so by applicable law or instruction from a relevant authority.
Following investigation, m11to may permanently close an Account where a material breach of these Terms is established. In such cases, m11to reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including any deposited funds, where those funds are found to have been involved in or the product of Prohibited Conduct.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting m11to support via live chat or by email to [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any Balance remaining at the time of closure will be paid out to your registered Indonesian bank account or e-wallet following completion of any pending KYC requirements and subject to satisfaction of any active Turnover Requirements applicable to Bonus Funds held in the Account.
m11to reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantively changes your rights or obligations — we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via a notice posted prominently on the Platform and, where we hold a valid email address for your Account, by email.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amended version of the Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 14.3. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to m11to's jurisdiction of incorporation and its international licensing authority. You agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the m11to Platform shall first be submitted to m11to's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support as described in Clause 17.
m11to aims to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours (WIB business days) and to resolve them within 14 calendar days of acknowledgement. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, it may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism as your next recourse.
Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under applicable Indonesian law.
